Come Play at Gymboree Play & Music! The month of March focuses on the importance of early child development. The power of play prepares children for a lifetime of learning around three key elements: social/emotional, cognitive, and physical. Building skills at an early age helps children be confident, successful, and happy little learners!
Every three weeks we’ll be changing up our uniquely designed play equipment and program themes in all class levels to support your child’s age and development. You and your little one will discover something new to explore together each time you come to class.
Become part of our community and explore the many benefits of play your membership will bring, like special promotional discounts on products, special events and more. And Open Gym hours for stress-free play, included with every membership.

Q&A for new families:
Can parents participate in class?
Absolutely! We encourage parents to partner with their children during activities. You get to sing, dance, pop bubbles and use your imagination! You are the best role model for you child and you can best determine when they are ready for group participation time.
When should we arrive to class?
Arrive about 5 minutes early is perfect! This will give you plenty of time to get ready and to have a few minutes to chat with the other parents. If you are running a bit late that’s okay too!
What should babies and children wear to class?
We don’t have a formal dress code so feel free to dress your child in what makes them the most comfortable for play. Soft pants, onesies, and clothes that are easy to move in are always a good choice. As for shoes—kids tend to get a bit more traction going barefoot while on the playfloor!
What should adults wear to class?
Parents are often down on the play floor so comfortable and moveable clothes work best. We also require adults to wear socks on the play floor for health and safety reasons.
What happens if my child is sick?
Of course we will miss seeing your smiling face, but if your child is sick, definitely take a day off from play and learning. It’s better that your child stay home, especially if they are contagious and make up the day at a later date.
What is your make-up policy?
If you miss a class, it is super easy to schedule a make-up. You can either login to your account or give us a call to help you schedule.
What happens if we need a break?
When you need a break, just let us know in writing 15 days prior to your next billing date. Just make not that we are unable to extend or refund for any unused classes.
Are there any play floor safety rules?
Our beautiful flooring system provides the best possible play surface for the safety of our children, but it is best that you stay with in a hugs reach to provide encouragement and safely when exploring the equipment.
How do you clean the toys and equipment?
It is our number one priority to ensure that all our toys are clean for you and your little one when you come into class. Our teachers are wiping down the entire play structure between classes as well as cleaning all the toys used prior to your class. We use a natural solution of vinegar, water and essential oils.
What happens if I bring a sibling?
For safety reasons, participation is just for the enrolled child. Older children are welcome to sit in the lobby or seating area inside the gym and observe class. We offer coloring sheets and crayons as well. Younger siblings are welcome to attend class while either attached to the adult via a carrier or in a carrier on the floor. Adults participating in class do need to be “hands free” to help the enrolled child in activities.
What is Open Gym?
Open gym is a perfect mix of social and action time! Children and adults get to play and socialize on the gym floor during open gym session.
If you have any additional questions, please let us know either via email or phone.
