Book a private party with us and receive $10 off a specialty cake from Elegant Cakery.  Gymbo can confirm that they are as tasty as they are pretty.  Add pizzazz to your decor with a balloon design from Kirsten Balloons that excludes the delivery or installation fee.  You can also hire a professional photographer from LaLa Photography DFW for a 10% discount.  You'll love having these photos to view over the years.

Party Packages

Choose your child’s favorite theme and we’ll create a private, personalized party experience filled with child-friendly activities guaranteed to be 100% fun, with zero clean up!  We specialize in 1st birthday parties all the way through to 6th birthday parties. Gymboree Play & Music Parties are available to members and non-members alike for Play, Art, Music, Sports, Open Gym, or a combination.  Prices below are base prices for one birthday child.  Add-ons, additional birthday children, and discounts may change the final price of your party package.  Request detailed information or book your party today by contacting SouthlakeTX@GymboreeClasses.com, 817-421-9300, or scroll down to complete the form.    

Mini Party                                                                    $260 

• Exclusive use of the facility for 120 minutes for one birthday child. 

• Includes up to 20 children.

• Team Member will arrange tables and chairs for your use, but all decorating and clean up is the responsibility of the party host(s).

• Two free Play & Learn Classes for the birthday child.

Basic Party                                                                  $410

• Exclusive use of the facility for 90-minute party for one birthday child, plus exclusive time for personal set-up and clean-up (120 minutes total).

• Includes up to 20 children.

• Paper or electronic invitations and paper thank you cards.  Paper cards must be picked up or arrange mailing at host's expense.

• Trained, enthusiastic Gymboree Play & Music teacher and assistant (when available) who will take photographs.

• 45-minutes of teacher-led activities, games, parachute time, and bubbles (themes available).

• Paper products (Dot Party plates, Dot Party napkins, Dot Party cups, and utensils).

• Hand-blown balloons.

• Loot bags with a branded coloring page, stickers, coupon, and Gymboree Play & Music product.

• Basic Party loot bag plus surprise gift for the birthday child.

• Setup and cleanup.

• One month of Basic Membership for the birthday child.

Parachute Party                                                           $560   

• Basic Party plus:

• Extra 30 minutes to use as host likes.
