✓ Can’t make your scheduled class? Reschedule your booking within the “My Reservations” tab of our Gymboree Play & Music app! Benefits (including accrued or unused credits) expire immediately upon receipt of membership cancelation.
✓ We have a strict no illness policy. Children showing symptoms of possible illness, may not be accepted in the class. When your little one is under the whether, reschedule or cancel your reservation though the My Reservations tab in the Gymboree app and your class credit will be preserved.
✓ Props & classrooms are sanitized after each class.
✓ Keep your child feeling safe by staying within a hug’s reach and staying off your cell phone!
✓ We are not responsible for lost items within our facility.
