✓ Classes are limited to 8 children and 8 adults. To allow for social distancing within our facility, we allow only one adult per child.
✓ Children and caregivers over the age of 2 must wear masks within our facility. Should a caregiver forget to bring a mask for their child, they will be provided and the member’s account will be charged $2.
✓ Adults must wear socks in our classrooms. Should a caregiver forget to bring socks, they will be provided and the member’s account will be charged $2.
✓ Temperature Checks are required before entering each indoor class. By attending in-person services, you confirm that your caregiver and child have not experienced or been exposed to anyone experiencing Covid-19 symptoms. A temperature check will be completed for both the caregiver and child, before entering class, and proof of Covid-19 vaccination is required.
✓ Can’t make your scheduled class? Reschedule your booking within the “My Reservations” tab of our Gymboree Play & Music app! Benefits (including accrued or unused credits) expire immediately upon receipt of membership cancelation.
✓ We have a strict no illness policy. Children with symptoms will be turned away without refund. When your little one is under the whether, reschedule or cancel your reservation though the My Reservations tab in the Gymboree app and your class credit will be preserved.
✓ Props & classrooms are sanitized after each class.
✓ Keep your child feeling safe by staying within a hug’s reach and staying off your cell phone!
✓ NO FOOD ALLOWED! We enforce a no food policy! Food & drink of any kind are not permitted in our facility, while our mask mandate is in effect.
