Refunds: Granted o­nly for class enrollment fees if requested prior to the start of the enrolled period and not for monthly memberships that have started.

PLAY GYM
Members currently enrolled at Northbrook may join us for free play time each week.  Non-enrolled customers may pay $12 to join.

MAKEUP CLASSES
Enrolled members may make up missed classes at any of more than 500 locations worldwide. Makeups must be scheduled in advance and are based o­n space availability. Makeups must take place while you are enrolled and may not be used to extend an enrollment period. If you are unable to make up missed classes before your enrollment expires, you may schedule them during a future enrollment.

A FEW TIPS
* Dress your child for active play and to get messy in Arts.
* No shoes in class. Children may play barefoot or in socks. Adults must wear socks.
* O­nly enrolled children may attend class. Please do not bring non-enrolled siblings.
* Do not attend class if you or your child is ill. Schedule a makeup instead.
* Stay within an arms reach of your child for safety.
