Food: Pizza,drinks, small sandwiches and birthday cake are permitted and recommended. Additional food can be added with this package but all food must be approved by the office. We have certain restrictions for safety reasons.

90 minutes of private party time

15 children one adult per child, no children can be dropped off

$75 each additional half hour

Food: Pizza, drinks, small sandwiches and birthday cake or cupcakes. No additional food is allowed to be brought. 

Party giver provides the following:

·       cake or cupcakes, pizza and drinks for adults and children. 

·       cups, plates, utensils and tablecloths

·       balloons (if desired). We can arrange balloons at an additional charge. They have to be ordered prior to party. If you have a party decorator bringing in decorations or providing balloon arches etc. everything must be removed immediately after the party. We cannot be held responsible for deflating and removing them.

Gymboree provides:

·       Gymroom and all equipment

·       tables and chairs for children to sit while eating

·       helping with set up before party, clean up after the party

·       Gymboree teacher organizing activities with children

Possible additional charges:

·       if additional children attend over the limit there will be a $25 charge per child.

·       if guests have not left by the 15 min lead time at the end there will be a $75 charge for extra time

·       A $50 cleaning charge if bringing in additional food items not approved or any items left for us to clean up. ex balloon arches etc.

Please follow the rules so there are no additional charges.

Parties are available on Saturdays after 2:00 or Sunday's anytime all day. 

We require the party be paid in full when booking. We are holding a private time slot for your party so for that reason there are NO refunds on parties. In the case of an emergency, we can rebook it for an additional charge. In the case of an unforeseen disaster coming, we will refund or rebook with no charge.

Extra time must be booked when the party is booked. We cannot do it last minute the day of the party. Parties are booked on a first come basis.

We are a NO PEANUT allowed facility!

We also do not allow Pinatas
