Book your Birthday Party with our Summer Special!

Two professionally trained Gymboree Play & Learn teachers will be on-site to facilitate kids' activities for the first hour. The party room will be available for cake cutting and light eating. 

Each party is $499 plus GST (we offer a special discount for current active members), and you are renting our centre for 2 hours - this includes the 1st hour on the play floor and the 2nd hour in the party room for light eating. Please arrange your set up and break down time accordingly; the party room is only accessible for eating for the second hour. Our play floor will not be available during the 2nd half of your party time slot. 

To secure your booking, we require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit! We charge $30 for every 15 minutes exceeding your designated time slot. 

Number of Guests:

Our play floor can hold up to 15 children (0-5 years old). For any of your kiddie guests that are over 5, we would kindly ask them not to climb on our play equipment (as they are only designed for 0-5yrs) or even bring some arts and crafts for them to enjoy and give them the 'job' of looking after the little ones :) We can accommodate 20 adults. 

Adults must wear socks on the play floor.

Outside food is permitted. Please bring your food, dessert and drinks. No glass or alcoholic beverages are allowed at our facility. Gymboree Play & Music Vancouver has a small refrigerator to store your cake. 

No outside vendor is allowed in our facility.
